You know, advertising is like a telephone network that connects from a phone to another. So, most people will get the idea of what we advertised. But how does that work?

It's all about the strategy on how you promote your product and how did the product gets attention to targeted users or customers. Most advertisment can get great traffic due to the creativity of the designer that can attract loads of attention. As a designer, colors, shapes, text and information in the ads are most important elements needed. It's basically how you attract the audience like a poster. If the liked and the poster looks appealing to them, they will surely continue to discover or find out about it.

User's needs

It's all about the user's / consumers / audience needs and what they will experience and reaction when they look at your advertisement. The more attractive the ad is, the more audience will be attracted to your ad. Remember, the audience is a human being just like you. if you don't like what you advertise neither do they.

Tips & Tricks

1. Avoid The Nonsense

Most ads are nonsense and user's don't really like when they appear. So, don't make the audience run away or flee from the ad that you want to promote. The more stuff you put in the ad will just make it worst. Keep it simple and more to bright colors to make it more interesting and surely make the audience last longer by just looking at your ad.

2. Use The Social Media

It's all about the internet. Most people are lazy to go outside and where are they? At home, using the computer. The most effective way to promote your ad is by using the most common and powerful thing which is the social media such as facebook, twitter and other social stuff. Can you imagine how advertising on facebook works? A simple share or likes and get you to anywhere. A simple tweet can get you to many twitter users. If you have a big company, the social media are the most effective way to promote. Google are useful too. By just paying a spot on Google, you can mark yourself by a tag. Anytime somebody search something, your "name" will come out from Google search bar.

3. Trust

Trust. What a company needs. To be more advertised, you need to collaborate more with other companies. They will help you and you will help them. It's like how you friend a person on facebook. The more friends you have, the more friends of friends wants to be friends with you. This is important because it will make your product of advertising more valuable and worthed.

Freaking MindMap

Owh.. you're reading this? Hahaha.. Wonder how you did that? You know, "READING?" Haha.. That's because your brain works. You know, the brain is an incredible tool. While you're reading this, the brain works by picking up every single word that you see. I can be form in a mind map too. As the word flying through your head, it makes one sentence and somehow, this will make you remember things much easier.

It's like a web.

Well, i'm sure that you have a computer since you're viewing this. Our brain is like a computer. It stores file and there's many folder that contains many information and most of it are organize. A mind map is more likely like that. From a certain word, it can branch to another word of an information that is stored in your brain. The branches can continue to expand and more information is stored.

LIKE THIS!

From that, making your own mind map will make your brain process of remembering even more effective. It's like making each info that's entering your brain to the correct path and not wondering around in your mind like it's lost. Mind map is like a GPS in your brain.

What it looks like

To make it easier, there's two sections "left" and "right". One's playful and creative, one's math and works..go figure. Haha.. So, these are like general terms like the biggest section in your entire brain. So, a word can go through any of these two. Example, "physics", it may go to the left section where all the informations are but sometimes the imagination are in the "right" section.

How "mindmaps" works are pretty simple. Hahaha.. :D

Inventors Conquer The World

As the title says, inventors are like all over the place! There's no telling on what they have made or contribute to this world but they are needed. Needed for the needy! Lol.. i meant us. Why are inventions so important? Well, say that inventions are like our five senses. We can't live without them to make our life easier and do our mundane jobs. If one of the five gone wrong, then our life would be hard, isn't it?

Everyone's needs!

That's what the society wants. Something that can make a better living. Well, that's what inventors are like, turning from something that is impossible into something possible for all of us!\

Yeehaa!

Look around you, the thing that you had right now doesn't just exist "poof" just like that. They are all being invented by an awesome inventor. At home, right now, you might owned an air conditioning or you're at your office or maybe in a shopping mall. You saw it everywhere. But who invented that piece of cooling junk?

Besides getting a fan, air conditioner is much "cooler", don't you think? It keeps you cool all day of a tiring job, right? This guy brings us the utility to bring us comfort. Make us chill in the room like a fridge! So, what would you do on a hot day? take a shower 24/7? LOL. You'd be a fish! Haha.. no! Turn on the AC! Not the ACDC! haha.. That would probably create a fight with the neighbor next door. Unless they like that kind of music too. Hahaha.. Chill!

Talking about music.. hahaha.. Some of you teenagers out there must be carrying their phone or what they called "walkman". A portable music device rather than carrying a big radio. Haha..

Yup. There's no mp3 yet! But still, the idea of  portable device to carry just "music" is there. Well, of course the first invention use tape. haha.. USB was not invented yet in the 80's.. Hahaha.. This was invented by German-Brazilian Andreas Pavel. Oh, you know. Germans and their tech stuff. Also Japan. What a competition. 

I'm bold.

He's bold. Next time you want to invent something, cut your hair bold. Just like him. Or Steve Jobs maybe. Makes your mind think clearer. Sorta. Hahaha.. 

Well, these are successful invention that are useful to the human kind, of course. Because the idea is there. It's already enough to sustain for a period of time. Meaning that the gadget or the product that had been made is environment friendly and can be used.

But some of the inventions did not successfully created for use, either it's because it looks weird or not suitable for its function.

The idea is there. But they look weird and some of it are dangerous. So, they are place into a category of "failed inventions".

We all should thank them who invent things that can be use in our daily life and useful to the society. Who knew what will the world had become. Day by day, new things will be reborn.. New things will be innovate. It's an evolution from one invention to another. Just like a single cell.

The Gap To The Future

Life is like.. Umm.. here..

You hit them back with everything you got! In other words, try to overcome the obstacles that ahead of you. This basically means, getting that creativity pumped up in your mind (really hard). I'm not sure if that woks. Haha.. Try throw lemons at people! They might throw it back or they'll throw something better than just a "lemon".


It's our job now to be...

Creativity is unlimited and it's like waterfall. It keeps on flowing until the water runs out. When is that? No one knows. So, what kind of traits that made an individual creative? When does that happen? 

Well, you see, creativity grows while we're growing up from a child till teenager. But it also depends on what you really adapt and what you'll face while you're young. From a kid, parents must allow their child to paint or draw on walls because their brain is growing and thinking at that time. Moreover, creativity starts to develop.

I mean, why does painting on walls be the reason to be angry about? Parents should give some freedom on what the child wanna do. If they didn't let the child draw, somehow, it's a bit slow for his creativity level to develop. 

Shhhhhhh...

Well, they say, a quiet person may have many ideas and creative in many ways but they sometimes not tend to show it yet. Silence here means discipline. So, even to create an artwork, it requires a discipline so that the artwork can be done at final result. 

What kind of environmental existed?

Commonly, is the time of childhood. 

Most kids are all awesome that age, only the direction that they are heading does the effect in the future.

Another environment is that the child must have great friends. What i meant is that, friends that are fun and got your back, "a friend in need is a friend indeed". If they are creative, so do you. Research has shown that a friend can influence you a lot in your life. So, choosing the right friend is very important.

The process of luring your creativity may took a while. But hey! Patience! Who says drawing on walls doesn't pays up? Not me! haha.. You can turn your house into a piece of artwork!

So, to those parents out there! Let your children draw on walls. They'll pay you back 10 times your salary! Hahahaha..

"The PC is dead, long live the tablet"

I'll make this viral!!

Internet replaces Television, now Tablet is replacing PCs? What have our world turned into? Erghhh.. Innovation? Yeahh.. that word made things that we all have into something else, new! So, what do we do then? PC will be thrown out and people starts to use tablets instead? No more clicks? A single touch and all set and done. Wow! Haha.. Making everyone's life wonderful like a rainbow!

Day by day? New one's?

It's a matter of unique individuals trying to come out with something fresh and trying to improvise things that already been made. But with the things that already there/invented, they, the "awesome" people innovate it with their bits of ideas that they have in their mind. How cool is that!? 

Innovation on something that can really be more flexible and more useful in daily life. That's why the tablet started to rise and grow throughout the near future. It is more light, easy and portable. Even though laptops are portable, but having a tablet is like 2 times smaller the size of a regular laptop and it can carry your work anywhere u desire, either it is work or travel.

Easier, right?

Making something that already done but more flexible is like the picture above. That represents the tablet and the normal GPS that we carry is like a laptop. So, it's like why do we need to carry them in hand when it is already on your hand? Same theory goes to the tablet. Why do we need to carry our heavy laptop when we can have a tablet that can just be held and use anytime you want?

When you see it O.o

Well, inventions doesn't have to be something stupid. But the concept and idea is there and can lead to another source of invention. It's like the neuron's in the brain and when they link to one another and the process keeps on going, new neurons will be created! That's when ideas come from.

For example

Google Glasses

Well, something like this. Don't cha think? Looks kinda simple, right? Can be easily brought to anywhere and you don't even need to touch it. Most people would like to have it and they would definitely buy it. This product will sell good just like the iPhone by Steve Jobs. So, will this new gadget kills tablet in the near future? Who knows? New inventions still growing wild these days. haha :p

And so, what does this tell us about the process of invention and innovation?

In the future, the process will never end until people stops dreaming to dream bigger dreams. LOL

This is also a race, who will overtake first and who will get their products valuable in the market.

Dream Machine

i would be heading into the dream machine, of course!

I wonder.

And wondering around in wonderland, where weird, strange, new and unique ideas come from. Well, most probably a method called "day dreaming" or "sleeping". This is because our mind will wonder around as such. Try google "astral travel". It's a fun thing to do with your soul. Don't try it at home. Hahahaha. LOL!

Yup! Another assignment. Yippyyy! Hurrayyy! Hahaha.. -___- Our lecturer asked to reflect what Ken Robinson's speech. Creativity blocked, please try again later. LOL. Well, i don't know how to actually compile everything and reflect on what he said.

Well, overall,. it's like saying you shouldn't be sad because someone has it worse, is like saying you shouldn't be happy because someone has it better. Schools is just like an empty with no OS in a laptop. A system is the Operating System. So, the whole world will follow one system and we all act like robots which tend to just following orders.

System? What r u? God?

We all like to be free and do things that we all like. Do we? Enjoying life, creating, learning on something that you craved, attracted and loving the things you do is like a hobby. And everyone to do their hobby. If your hobby is surfing the net, that's why you're here, surfing the net. Opening Facebook, open Google to test your connection and stuff. We all love to do that.

But what school does, is like throwing a diamond and picking up a rock. Only the things that are being organize and standardize throughout the whole world were thrown at us. But the rare diamonds such as the things that is nearly important and the things we love to do are thrown away.

That's bring to another reason. That's why i'm in this faculty. Faculty of Creative Multimedia. The place where is just specified to the things that i am capable of. I am going back to the creative zone and going out of the system that are standardize during school times. And i'm not gonna take science subject back in my life! It already cracked my head once. No need to memorize every bit of cells in the human body.

Here i am

Hey, here i am. In the creative zone where i belong and where i'm suppose to be. Continue to do my hobby and stuff. Like you, surfing the net. You like it, right? Keep doing it. No one told you to stop. You might benefit it someday. :)

5 Stuff Opposite of Creativity

Black & White

That empty space.

Did you feel something in the picture? The other side does give you a different mood, did it? It's completely dull and didn't have that popping feeling besides that left side which is rich in colors. Black and white gives that plain feeling like "Kristen Stewart" -______- 

Well, that black and white section is where the past and the bad n good memories that lies in that dual tone color. Creativity block activated.

Monotonous

One line

Boring. Is another word for monotonous. As you see, we all move in just one direction, even though we don't know where we're heading. An active and fun people might just be fooling around and take many roads or path and not just going in one straight line in a monotonous way like the picture above. As you're reading this, you're easily get bored and mostly cause of that black&white picture above. LOL.

Lame

What people find it amusing. "Lame". Sometimes jokes are considered as lame when you're not creative enough to present it to people. It's totally the opposite of epic. But hey, this is where we all started. We all are lame. Not all of us are perfect, right? Sometimes we got to make mistakes in order to achieve great results.

Mainstream

Hipster! She's cute, isn't she?

Hipster. Ah, you know people nowadays are catching up with the trend. It's actually too mainstream and lacking of originality. Why bother being what people normal do on mundane activities when we can create or own? Being out of mainstream is like going into the creative zone. 

Slow

Taking forever!!!

Yupp. Everyone hates being slow. The time where your creative ideas hasn't reached you yet. To be creative, we must set our mind at a state where can think out of the box and not left behind. Well, no one wants to be a turtle and crawl in a tunnel which takes a road to no where near to the end.

Rainbows

Spreading creativity with my rainbow trails!

One of the words that pops in my mind when i heard the word creativity is "Rainbow". Which also represent as colors. Well, as you know, rainbow has 7 colors. Don't tell me that you haven't seen a rainbow before. Even a 5 year old kid has seen it. The colors of the rainbow gives that poping color of joyfulness! In designing of anything, there's always colors, right? These 7 colors are the most common one's. Look at that "Nyan Cat" up there. There's creativity lies in there too. That person who created the "Nyan Cat" has a creative mind. Who else would have thought that small box-cat would be so viral on the internet.

So, colors defines as "creativity". It gave a great impact to every artist out there.

FUN

Just keep moving forward!

Fun is basically a joyful and interesting ride that could lead you to an unexpected circumstances and could probably give you that little buzz on your head. Which is the raging of creativity. Artist usually has that "fun" moment of their lives that bring their happiness in them. Along with that, fun stuff can also dig that creativity in your mind out! It helps the brain to be more relax, flexible and think out of the box. Creative people are fun. Trust me, if you met one, you'll gonna have a great time with them. 

Well, just imagine, if we all don't even know the meaning of fun. There will be no colors in this world. That's why rainbows existed to lighten up this world a bit. The world will be so pale with no fun in it. For example, "Kristen Stewart", she really don't have that fun expression on her face. I don't really think she has any. Haha.. but seriously "fun" is needed in creativity.

WHAT? Hahaha,.. Everytime we look at something that is so creative and epic, what are that first thing that pops up in your mind? All artist's artworks are freaking awesome and epic. That's why anything that is some sort of weird yet at the same time, it is completely full of epic-ness! Another thing, to simplify, i'm not gonna say anything more about creativity but i'm going to show you. Haha.. It's this guy above! Look at his videos! Totally epic! STOP MOTION

Let's surf!

I like stop motion a lot. It's another way of being creative. Stop-motion is not like a video which take 30fps and that is pretty much normal. But stop-motion is like still images that are combined frame by frame to make it moves. Like this picture above. Look how creative that kid can be by using stop motion and making his friend as a skateboard! It's also a fun thing to do with it. Unlike taking a video shot.. it's pretty much the same.. but stop motion can give that difference and capability to do anything with it. Wanna check out the fun in stop motion? Creativity does not come easily. True? Sometimes the idea is there, sometimes it's not. Well, artist are racing for this and they are craving for it! We sometimes hate creativity block ! I mean artist these days have that idea which they can lure it all out then boom! We will be like.. "why didn't i think of that?" Creativity is a race that will never end and it will continue going on and on. But that's makes us, as creative multimedia students to push our imagination to it's limits. Sometimes, i feel like i'm racing with all of my friends.

Yup! The lecturer asked us.. "What is this? Gimme a guess" - I was like.. What the hell is that? Now, i'm dealing with this "Red Unidentified Object" - RUO *i just simplified the name* lol

Well, in my view.. i think this is a "Anti-Pain Pokable Tool". This product was created to have fun with it. It's a Pokable Tool that you'll gonna roll on the floor laughing (ROFL) without getting hurt.

It is designed in a cylinder structure and a wide base on top and it is bend because to make it more flexible and cool. This also to ensure the product value when it is sold. (Hahaha.. why would anyone buy this crap?)

How to use?

1. Use any finger you like. *Tip: Use middle finger to offend your target if needed

2. Put your finger into the cylinder hole thingy.

3. Wiggle your finger to ensure it's tightness so that it won't fall off.

4. Find your target.

5. Poke them rapidly (Too get maximum awareness and effects)

6. Have fun!


Why is it "Anti-Pain Pokable"?

1. The wide surface area gives the protection so that the sharpness of your fingernail will not hurt the target.

2. Is it pokable? Well of course! That bendy thingy does not been designed just like that, it raise the effects of tickleness.

3. Other than that, you will never miss your target! That wide surface area will definitely hit the target!

4. It is red because it will trick your target thinking it bleeding.. LOL!

Why Did The Titanic Hit The Iceberg?

The reason why the titanic hit the iceberg is because the wireless operator was preoccupied with transmitting passenger messages though there's already 6 warnings received by the Titanic but all of them was ignored. I thought safety is the number one priority. Lol

Other than that, on the night of the collision, it was foggy and the moon was not out. I guess the moon was so jealous at the $7.5 million boat. So, therefore, it was really difficult to see the iceberg. 

Well, the iceberg was somehow being 'invisible'. That may be true because the clear surface of the water reflected by the dark night sky and water being a mirror to that, therefore, making it a black object. Almost impossible to see it from afar.

I am Titanic! Bring it on, Iceberg!

Well, you know, that huge ship was designed to hit boats head on but not icebergs and especially that enormous iceberg that is bigger than the ship. Well, all of the engineers agree that even when the Titanic had that iceberg head on, the collision will cause an enormous force that would made the Titanic sunk within 2 minutes rather than 2 hours! That iceberg really pissed off. Haha :p

Blackberg! I miss you.

White Star Line was the company that built the Titanic and owned by J.P. Morgan, an American tycoon.

The RMS (Royal Mail Streamer) Titanic worth for about $7.5 million. It took 3 thousand men and 2 years to build the Titanic. What a waste ==' The price for a first-class ticket is about $50,000 according to today's economy.
